Landlords advised on property to rent in London

Landlords have been given some guidance on some of the best places to buy property to rent in London.

According to the experts from Channel 4 show Location, Location, Location, the three boroughs in the capital that are best for buy-to-let investment are the City of London, Westminster and Camden.

In a report for MSN Money, Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp revealed that purchasing property to rent in Elephant & Castle, Southwark is also advisable, as it is an area where the is lots of money being invested.

Apparently this part of the capital, which is located on the Northern Line of the London Underground and is close to the popular London Bridge and Clapham, is one of the cheapest property areas in Zone 1.
